GASTRONOMIC EXHIBITION

From a historical point of view, culinary culture, which is created by the food system, is one of the most basic requirements of people.
It passed through different stages of development such factors as cuisine, traditions and customs of society, sociocultural dimensions and general welfare. 

The fact, that the Anatolian lands were at the crossroads of the continents of Europe, Asia and Africa affected the culinary preferences of the communities that lived there. 

The exhibition will be held in this context, and 20 photos will be presented to our guests from the past to the present.
